By using MacroPlate, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What MacroPlate is

MacroPlate uses AI to generate meal plans from the answers you give. The free preview includes your estimated daily targets and the first day of meals. Paying unlocks the full plan.

Not medical advice

Plans are general nutrition information, not medical, dietetic, or clinical advice, and they aren't a substitute for a doctor or registered dietitian. Calorie and macro figures are estimates. Talk to a healthcare professional before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have or have had an eating disorder, have diabetes, kidney disease, or another medical condition, or take medication.

Allergies: plans are written to avoid the allergies and foods you list, but AI can make mistakes. Always check ingredients and product labels yourself.

Payments

• One-time plan: a single payment unlocks the full version of the plan you previewed.
• MacroPlate Weekly: a subscription billed monthly until you cancel. It unlocks your current plan right away and emails you a new 7-day plan each week built from the same answers. You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Prices are shown before you pay and are processed by Stripe. Prices may change in the future; we'll tell subscribers before a change takes effect.

Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service. That includes trying to get paid content without paying, overloading or scraping the site, interfering with its security, or reselling plans as your own service.

Your plans

You may use the plans you receive for your own personal, non-commercial use, including printing and sharing them with your household.

Availability

We work to keep MacroPlate running, but it's provided "as is" without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features at any time. If we discontinue the subscription, we'll stop billing you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, MacroPlate isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any health outcome from following a plan, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date below shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
